Shipping Method

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. Estimated delivery date is to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, redbottomhighheels will not be responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
Usually we have three kinds of shipping method.Following are the detailed information.

FAQ about shipping

How is the shipping cost?
If you choose to ship by regular shipping EMS,then you do not need to pay any shipping fee.We will pay all the shipping fee.
But if you need to expedite the package,then you may need to pay at least $48  extra shipping fee.So we will ship by DHL or TNT,just 3 to 5 days delivery.

How to track my order?
After we dispatched the shoes,we will email you the tracking number and a link for you to track.
You can check your package status anytime you like online.

How long will you ship the items to me?

Once your payment go through,we will send you an email to confirm your shipping address and order details. After you confirmed, we will dispatch your red sole shoes out soon. So you may need to check your emails often after you place the order.

Are the package safe?

The shipping company will offer us the tracking number, and you can track your packages all the way online.And if the package lost or damaged,we promise we will fix it well for you.We will arrange to resend a new package to you soon.

Do you offer overnight shipping?
I am so sorry to tell you that we could not provide overnight shipping now.The fasted shipping we could provide is DHL,3 to 5 days delivery.

Why I could not track my packages online?
The reasons might be :
1.Usually the shipping company need about one or two days to update the information online.So probably the record will be shown online later.
2.Type in the correct verification code.Please try 3 times,if still not work,contact customer service.
3.The tracking number might be wrong.Contact customer service

Do I have to sign for the package?
Yes,you have to sign for the package.So if you are not at home,I do hope you could ask your friends to sign for you.Or you could change the shipping address to make sure you are there.
